“Easter-Pesach”

On Thursday 13th April 2017, (11:00 – 13:00), in the framework of the celebrations for Pesach (Passover) and Easter, the Jewish Museum of Greece offers for free to families an educational program entitled: “Easter-Pesach”.

Aim of the program, which was created with the cooperation of the Hellenic Children’s Museum, is to offer the chance to parents and children to find out about the Jewish Pesach, and by comparing it with the Christian Easter to discover similarities and differences. It is a matter of crucial importance nowadays, since the children can – by learning about traditions other than their own, in this case the Jewish religion of their compatriots – learn how to respect and appreciate difference.

For more information about the program and reservations, please contact Ms. Orietta Treveza, Educational Officer of the JMG, 39 Nikis str., Athens, +30-210-3225582, [email protected].
