Next are the Temporary Exhibitions Area and the Benrubi Art Gallery, while the last level houses the Museum’s rich library and reading room, accessible to the public after prior arrangement.

Less than one third of the Museum’s collection is on display; the rest is housed in state-of-the art storage facilities.

The periodic exhibitions of the Museum aim at presenting as much of that material to the public as possible, while also offering the chance to conduct further research and enrich the Museum’s collection with new artefacts and photographs.
