On Tuesday 18 February 2020, the new Ambassador of Austria in Greece, Ms. Hermine Poppeller, accompanied by the Deputy Ηead of Mission Dr. Martina Herman, visited the Jewish Museum of Greece. The ladies were welcomed by the JMG’s Director Ms. Zanet Battinou who gave them a tour through the permanent and temporary exhibitions. After the tour, an extensive discussion followed, both on the Museum’s past collaborations with the Jewish Museum of Vienna and other Austrian cultural organisations, as well as on the perspectives of joint events in the near future and programs of common interest.
