On Monday 13th February 2017, the memorial service of the late Minos Mordohai took place at the JMG, in the presence of the deceased’s family, partners and friends.
After the religious ceremony an honorary plaque proclaiming him “Benefactor” of the Jewish Museum of Greece was revealed. Our dear Minos contributed to the Museum for a long time, since he was one of the museum’s founding members and also a dedicated BoD member for many years. The plaque was placed in a specified area within the JMG’s permanent exhibition.
