- On Friday 25th November 2005, internationally renowned Israeli scientist, Aaron Chehanover, winner of the Nobel Prize for Chemistry, was given an official guided tour of the Museum. The distinguished visitor had come to Greece to be awarded an honorary Doctor’s degree by the Univeristy of Athens Department of Medical Care.
- On Tuesday 6th September 2005, three members of the Polish Presidency of the International Task Force for Holocaust Education, Reme,brance and Research visited the museum. President Mr. Daria Nalecz, the Educational Seminars Officer Mrs. Martina Majewska, and the organisation’s General Director Mr. Karel Fracapane.
