Οn Sunday June 15th 2014, in the framework of its participation at the common cultural activities organised by the Athens Museums and Cultural Institutions Network, the Jewish Museum of Greece offered for free an educational program for adults entitled: “Youssourum: one family, one neighborhood”. During the program, participants had the opportunity to meet with the Yousourum family that came from Smyrna in Athens and whose commercial activity created a tradition, an extraordinary neighborhood and passed on a special place name in the urban net.
