Monday, January 23rd– Friday, February 10th 2012: Educational programs – “Fortnight of Memory”. After the significant success of this program in 2011, the JMG decided to repeat it, always in the framework of the National Holocaust Remembrance Day. Along with the presentation of the temporary exhibition the “The Memorial: 16 Artists propose”, it has also presented the temporary exhibition “The Holocaust of Greek Jews, 1941-’44 – Personal Accounts“, an exhibition that examines the situation in Greece during the German Occupation, through personal accounts selected from the Archive of Oral Testimonies of the JMG. The Museum invited the public to visit this temporary exhibition and participate at the relevant educational programs, activities and events for schools and families that took place at its premises.
