    Menorah: Worship, History and Myth

    Participation of the Jewish Museum of Greece at the temporary exhibition «Menorah: Worship, History and Myth» (11/05 – 23/07/2017) with two Alephiot, child birth amulets from Ioannina at the Vatican Museum (Braccio di Carlo Magno). The exhibition is organized by the Jewish Museum of Rome and the Vatican Museum.

    Permanent exhibition of the house of European History

    Participation of the Jewish Museum of Greece at the permanent exhibition of the house of European History in Brussels with one object, a yellow star of the occupational time in Thessaloniki. The exhibition was inaugurated on the 6th May 2017.

    Gespaltene Erinnerung, 1940-1950

    Participation of the JMG at the exhibition of the Goethe-Institut Thessalonikiin collaboration with the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki, the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art and the Deutsches Historisches Museum in Berlin. The exhibition was presented at the Macedonian museum of Contemporary Art until the 27th February 2017.

    The Day after the Holocaust

    Participation of the Jewish Museum of Greece at the exhibition of the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki “The Day after the Holocaust” with archival material. The exhibition was inaugurated on the 29th January 2017.

    The Jewish Museum participated in the exhibition with artefacts and relevant material on the History of the Liberation of the city of Athens in1944.

    The Jewish Museum of Greece participated in the RE-culture 4 in Patras (October 3rd – December 30th 2016) with the exhibition “Julio Caimi” with 11 art works by the artist.
